Application Form
2023-2024 School Year : We will be accepting applications for admission March 15, 2023 – May 15, 2023. A deadline for application is in place because we must allow time for family interviews, student placement testing, and books to be ordered and RECEIVED before the first day of classes. If you do miss the application deadline, go ahead and still inquire/apply. Applications will be reviewed and your student may still be considered for the upcoming year, decided on a case-by-case basis. Your student can also be placed on the wait list for the next school year.
Placement Testing : Students applying for SPH will undergo a short student placement test, to find out if they are on grade-level, behind, or ahead according to national standards. Students who test more than two grade levels behind their proposed grade level, in accordance with their age, will not be able to join us at SPH until they are caught up. SPH does not have the ability to help students who test two or more grade levels behind their appropriate grade level. If a student falls into this category, SPH will gladly help to direct the parents and students toward resources that could help them move forward and perhaps join us the next year.
STEPS FOR ADMISSION:
- Fill out and submit application form (email to [email protected]).
- Schedule family interview (both parents and potential students need to be in attendance).
- Audit classes at SPH if school is still in session (through last week of April)
- Student placement testing completed – this will occur or be scheduled during the family interview.
- Pay in full for books : Books will be bundle ordered by June 15 to be sure that they arrive in time for the start of fall classes.
- Pay for half of family tuition by August 1, 2023. ($50 discount if tuition is paid in full by August 1.)
- Second half of tuition is due by December 1, 2023.
